Got this wonderful warranty for my 70” Samsung TV. This warranty is very important to me. It gives me peace of mind, knowing if anything happen within the 3 yrs. My TV will be covered

Bestbuy has the best customer service in the industry when it comes to replacement. Everything I buy, except movies, I get the extended plan. I've had to use it a few times with no Questions asked. MONEY WELL SPENT.

THE GEEK CLUB IS WONDERFUL TO HAVE, BECAUSE THEY WILL CHECK OUT EVERYTHING YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH.

I really like having the Geek Squad Service as a back up in case of issues . They have always been really nice, knowledgeable & fix the issue.

I decided to go ahead and purchase this for safety reasons. Didn’t know if I should with the cheap laptop. I hope it came or will come handy one day... may have to get longer plan later ??!!??

Had to use the 1 yr protection twice in the first couple months of buying the Lenovo laptop. Damage was documented as “dropped” but it was not. I was sitting in the room as the laptop was closed after use and cracked. Now the 1 yr protection is exceeded, even if the same issue occurs rather than charge the manufacturer for a defective item. Technicians were always polite. Service messages were timely.

Definitely worth the money. Would recommend getting this for any electronics because you never know accidents do happen.

Nice computer In fortunately it’s hard to see the keys with the keyboard back light. It’s speed and storage is great, like I said I can’t see the keys

The peace of mind alone is worth the money, but having these guys able to fix your brand new laptop that your 3 year old is most definitely going to ruin somehow is what really kicks in the savings

I purchased this because the Geek Squad took care of an issue I had with a phone and I decided that I would always use this service because they are very knowledgeable!

We had this service and when we had questions they were so helpful on the phone to help us fix any issue we might of had or did not know how to do something properly without having to go to the store

Great screen and color. Just take size into consideration when buying a laptop bag.

Fixed my Chromebook and showed me how to do it if it should happen again. Doesn't get any better than that

I actually had to use my coverage on my old laptop and they couldn’t fix it. They gave me full credit for the laptop which covered a brand newer and better version of the one I have. Very happy

Great laptop for an awesome price. It is super fast, easy to use and the quality is excellent. I would recommend this to everyone and anyone I know.

First I cracked the screen. Fixed in 3 days. Amazing. Next cracked screen again and loose jack for the headphones. They could not get the part in a reasonable amount of time. Gave me a new laptop. Only hitch was I had to get new insurance on the new laptop.

The agents that came out to install were respectful and helpful with the mounting and programming of the new TV
