I went to you're store and got a one year protection plan at the geek squad But the Reason why I did that I was having problems with my computer And needed a power cord So they told me it was going to be mail to me on September 2 and I haven't got it yet

Purchased this accidental subscription August 2020. This subscription is the best that I have experienced for accident protection college course work and gaming products.

Hopefully you never need to use it. But it's good to have. The downer is that you'll have to go without the device while it is being serviced. Most of the time the repairs are adequate. Getting an appointment for a GS visit at the store is a pain.

I can always depend on the Geek Squad to answer any questions I have about my devices. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and explain things so I can understand things. Being able to make appointments online is very convenient.

Haven't had to use it yet but bought it for peace of mind. Seemed like a no brainer to me for the price I paid for my computer.

Best Buy honors the warranty without questions asked. My son had an ASUS gaming computer that had a problem with the battery. They were not able to fix computer so they refunded the total amount we paid so he could purchase a new computer.

I've been in Information Technology for 20+ years. I know quite a few things but technology keeps advancing. I also know I have not seen in all of what can go wrong. Comforting to know I have someone I can go to on my new laptop when needed.

The comprehensive protection plan is well worth the peace of mind it provides. While I honestly hope to never use it, I am certainly glad it is available and provides such excellent coverage.

A must have extra protection just in case you need it

Geek Squad has saved me many times when I have problems. The total tech package is a great value. I can't imagine not having the protections this offers.

Great laptop, easy to set up, actually quite surprised at how quite it was. Nice little extras, like the fingerprint id. Would recommend this laptop, great price for mid range laptop!
