Luckily haven't needed to use the Geek Squad Protection plan yet. Nice to know if I need it though, much more affordable option than purchasing new.

We have not had to use this yet for this laptop. Over the last several years We had the protection on a different laptop that had a bad water spill. It was fixed very quickly and worked as good as new.very happy with the service.

I always get this protection for my electronics. I have used it as my husband is not always good with using or taking care of a computer. The Geek Squad are so helpful and accidents do happen but you will always have peace of mind!

They have been very great my laptop got broken and when it was checked out it was found that it needed to be replaced. I was able to get it replaced with warranty with no problem at ALL!!!

I realize in Vegas you never buy insurance while playing blackjack. Purchasing the head to toes insurance on an electronic device is VERY smart!

Bought extra warranty and ended up not using it . Bought it for my gpa . I thought the price was high for this extra warranty but If gpa needed help with something he could drive to bb and they would help him & he got out of his house.

Love Geek Squad protection plan. They offer excellent service. They helped repair/ replace so many products I’ve had the protection plan on. I recommend this fir mom with kids.

I purchased Geek Squad protection plan about five years ago when I purchased a Toshiba laptop. I got great service then, so I purchased again with my Lenovo laptop.

Have used Geek squad for help a few times both at home and in store. Found them to be knowledgeable, courteous, and ready to make sure your technical needs are met.

Insurance.. need it so you don't go broke with repairs, but always unsatisfying and a hassle to use, and adds significantly to the cost of any purchase.

I have never had an issue when having to replace a defective product under this plan. Best Buy is awesome about standing behind their products that they sell and making sure their customers leave the store completely satisified.

This was purchased to cover my college students new laptop. I hope to not need it, but with classes taking place online wherever my student wants to go, I'd rather be protected.

I have been able to get in touch with Geek Squad for all of my electronic needs. I have brought in multiple computers with viruses and other similar issues and within a few days the issues are resolved with great customer service

Work good got iit at a good price and buy again will tell everyone
