I have had two different episodes with my laptop computers where they needed to be replaced, and each time there were no questions asked and the Best Buy people took great care of me, replacing them with new laptops.

I couldn't believe my luck!! How helpful and amazing customer service. Had such a great experience and they fixed my laptop that I recommended them to all my friends and family.

I recommend almost always getting the Geek Squad protection. They are so much easier to work with than the actual warranty through the company you are buying through.

Always purchase Geek Squad service when making electronic items. Peace of mind knowing within the extended time that I am covered is worth it.

Laptops have limited lifespans compared to desktops. Bestbuy has a wonderful plan that have added years onto the product use. Better than having to buy a new one every year or two.

I have never went wrong with buying computers from Best Buy with the Geek Squad replacement.

I haven't used the geek squad service yet, but i hear its excellent so i have it just in case. Doesn't hurt to have protection on your products.

Anytime I purchase electronics, it's a given that I also purchase the extended warranty as well. You just never know when your item may break or get damaged and it's a great feeling knowing that you are protected if that time comes.

I love being able to take my device to Best Buy to have them fix it. Sure I could fix it myself but I don’t always have time. They will fix or replace the equipment quickly

10/10 a must have for a gaming laptop! I don’t know what I would without it!

I have not had to use this geek squad protection but it gives me peace of mind that I have it in case of an emergency.

Geek Squad is a good back up to have, My daughter's laptop screen was acting up. They replaced it no issues

I always make sure to get the extended warranty for all my bestbuy products. Just gives you piece-of-mind.

The service was outstanding! I haven't had any issues yet with my laptop but they were very helpful with listing all the things they would be able to fix/support if need be.

I do not right now have insurance for the computer

Definitely worth putting the extra in for geek squad they’re very helpful. It’s nice to know you have the security needed if anything goes wrong. Saves you from stressing!
