I love Geek Squad, they fix anything. I have had to fix my pc three times, they fixed everything.

We have had to use it yet but i feel confident that if the time comes the warranty will come on handy.

Buying my new laptop I felt it is worth the price of the 3 year Accidental Geek Squad Protection Plan. Things always go wrong with electronics!

I haven’t had to use it yet but I appreciate the thoroughness of the sales associate in explaining each tier’s benefits to help us cater our purchase to our specific needs.

I've not had to use geek squad for any purchases but glad I got the protection.

I signed up for the protection plan ($179) but shouldn’t have. When my covered laptop broke, I turned it into geek squad for repairs only for them to charge me an additional $49 to tell me they couldn’t fix it! They did give me a giftcard for the value of the laptop but between the planner and repair fee that cost me almost the same amount, so it was pretty much a wash. I am very disappointed and feel lied to about what the protection plan covers.

I am so happy I bought the extended insurance on my last laptop because I dropped a full glass of juice on it. Because of the insurance, they replaced my new laptop. Whew!

Great investment. I carry my laptop with me 7 days a week so things happen! Getting my laptop repaired or replaced within 2 years in a great ease of mind.

I would highly recommend their protection plans! They are very prompt and helpful at making any repairs or suggestions as to what you need to do to better your equipment.

Best buy has great warranty. I dont know how to review a warrenty

Anytime I buy anything from Best Buy I always get this protection you never know when you're going to have an accident and cracked the screen break it drop it and with this plan it's easy to get it replaced

I am hoping I will not have to use the warranty service but this was for a college student laptop that I know will get knocked around at some point.
