I have yet to use the warranty on but will if the mouse does not stop moving on its own.

The Geek Squad actually helps. These professionals are trained. I like how they ease my worries and explain what the issue is and how it’ll be fixed.

purchased a really good laptop and what to have covered just in case something happens, that is why I purchased the GREEK SQUAD accidental protection plan.

Costly but worth the extra $$$s for protection plan. My kids has destroyed 3 laptops so this is no brainer for me.

I was glad i made the investment. 7 months i needed to replace my cord. i got it in about a week at no additional charge.

Expensive long term coverage. Do your own cost benefit analysis. Useful for nontechnical savvy user, who tend to abuse hardware. Hardware only. And didn't carry over unused years when laptop wasn't repaira6.

I have not had to use yet, but security of having it is good. Pretty inexpensive compared to other plans at other stores.

Hoping that I never need this service, but I bought it when I purchased 2 new laptops for my grandkids, Fingers crossed but you know accidents happen...

The agents walk me through my laptop to eradicate some spyware and virus that had gotten on the laptop. The Geek Squad is "dope" (that means they were great)!!

Always get Geek Squad Protection. It pays for itself, and you won’t regret it. Yes, sometimes you won’t need it, but the times you do, you’ll be very grateful!
