    I strongly believe in protection plans. I always purchase additional coverage. I have never had a problem when I had to call the Geek Squad.

    I almost always take GeeK Squad Protection because you never know when things can go wrong. And if you break the cost down over the coverage time it is really inexpensive for peace of mind

    The team there got me taken care of, even though geek squad hq was not my best experience. I am thankful for people like the upper rake of geek squad at this Hoover Best Buy.

    Always great services. Always worked with me. It sucks that u cannot extend ur warranty towards the end of ur current one. That's one of the main reasons y I kept coming back to geek squad
