Was worth getting had a cat jump on my laptop and rip a key off it brought it in fixed/ replaced keyboard in no time was worth every penny

Always get the Geek Squad for electronics. You never know what can happen. If they can't fix it, then they replace it. Worth it every time.

The computer itself is very easy to set up. Even though it is probably bigger than most laptops it is lightweight and easy to carry. It runs fairly fast and I have had no problems so far. I also like the different features that are available to use.

I purchased the 3-year warranty on a laptop. The display started doing some odd things. Since it didn’t do it for them they said they weren’t sure what it was. Apparently if I had paid for their membership they would have run diagnostics for free. If there turns out to be an issue with the display or the graphics card, they do not fix it in house. They would have to ship it off and it could take weeks to get back. I should have purchased the manufacturers extended warranty instead.

We get this protection on every major purchase we make here. I've used it many times and it's always been great.

In general, I’ve been very happy with the Geek Squad. The weaker agents usually get weeded out, which means that they have good management.

guess the sales person lied ( big shock). bought the 4 year and brought in laptop because the speakers stopped working they need to ship it out it will take three weeks. will not ship back to my kid at school after repairs asked to just refund me for the protection plan and ill keep the laptop

They replaced my damaged laptop without a cost. They also repaired my camera after is was damaged on vacation.
