    I haven’t had to use it the protection. Just purchased it for safety reasons. I take good care of my gadgets so hopefully I won’t hv to use it.

    I bought this coverage for piece of mind. You use with 3 devices. I have a daughter in college and she needs her laptop. We have used this plan before and they are very efficient.

    I always like to protect any device I get from best buy but with the one year warranty it cant be renewed. With the two or three year it can be. That's the only thing I don't like.
