I love their warranties. Have had to use one or two in the past and have always had great resolve and great customer service.

I don’t usually get the Geek Squad but decided to do so for a new computer. I have to say the piece of mind makes this a must have.

This gives me peace of mind. I like the face that I can get help when I need it. It pays to have it because most products don’t last.

My husband bought his first laptop, and wanted protection that he wouldn't need to worry about very much. Best Buy's Geek Squad had a very good reputation. The Best Buy is two miles from the house, and he wanted to make certain he could get help if I wasn't home. He hasn't used the repair function of the warranty protection, However, the Geek Squad team has answered his questions when they aren't too busy.

We have yet to avail of this purchase and its purpose but we find ourselves at ease knowing that Best Buy has great service.

But, it was nice to be able to purchase it, This was for a high end laptop, so I felt it was worth it to have a little insurance.

Husband always gets this because son is clumsy. Son has a habit of being clumsy everytime he has something expensive in his hands.
