This product is well worth the money I was curious at first but I do not regret the purchase I recommend it to everyone.

You have to get the Geek Squad with these type of electronics. It can go south at any time. Best protect it.

I used their services and everyone is nice. I had a new person being trained in and she didn't get the notes right and so I had to make multiple trips to the store and all the issues with my computer did not get fixed. I had to come in for another attempt at fixing the issues and now they have my computer again for weeks. It's frustrating and there are other fixing companies that do quicker turn arounds if you don't have the ability to let go of your computer for weeks.

Good coverage plan, I purchase these plans with a lot of higher prices electronics, just because you never know

Accidents happen... and this protection will help you never cry over spilled milk. Better than “bounty” the quicker picker upper.
