Previous geek squad customer, hoping that I wint need to use

the agents attached it to my devisees so glad I have them to help me with all of my computers and other things.

Very very easy to set this up for my daughter. Security features for safety are great too.

I you by chance happen to drop, run over with a car, spill a drink on, or the dog chews up you machine, you are covered. Best plan ever. It's like insurance.

I think that for the price that I paid for Geek Squad, it is not worth it. I would prefer to have a plan that allows customers to replace items with newer items. Especially for the product a customer pays for. Overall accidental protection is great but is not really used for those who are very careful with their items

Because of the good success I had with Geek Squad, I will warranty all electronics I purchase at Best Buy! They have been excellent thus far!

Can’t go wrong with the Squad Service plan. If something goes wrong with your purchase. They fix it or replace it.

So like ways best buy has great techs and they can fix anything, the warranty is easy to use with little to no Hassel.

My mom has grand children around a lot and in the last few years she has had a few laptops broken by them. so this protection plan was perfect for her.

I appreciate knowing that I have the Geek Squad to help me and keep my electronics running smoothly
