I had to make an appointment in a store to have them send out my laptop for repairs. This was on 10/10 received back 11/12 and still not repaired. This is my employment so this isn't working for me. The service is very poor, to blame COVID is crazy in this time because everyone was up and running. We paid an additional $189.99 plus sales tax for extra insurance if something were to happen I would be covered. So frustrated right now you can't imagine. Now I am told I will have to return my computer to the store again for them to return for service. I don't not live in a town that has a best buy. Why am I being inconvenienced for your mistake? Currently with the phone lines are being handled I am not able to talk directly to anyone that can handle any thing other than standard procedures. The phone staff was unable to help me because hands are tied Totally unprofessional that I have to go back to the store when it is your error!

Does the trick! Easy, doesn't slow down the computer ! The only one I trust!

It's supposed to be as I understood, anything happens they replace it. But no, anything happens they give you your money back, then you can't find what you bought three months prior 'cause it is obsolete, which is a infuriating response to you wanting them to fix a 20 part on your $2500 laptop. Been thinking on buying somewhere else.

They will be used when the time comes. Right now, no issues

I have much less stress knowing that I have Geek Squad Accidental Protection, obtained at a reasonable cost.

Depending on which representative you speak to different information is given. For example when buying the product they stated if the product could not be replaced by the estimated time then they would give a store credit for the market value of the product. But when the date came by they stated they have 30 extra days to get the product repaired. Been waiting about 3+ weeks and no estimated time can be established when I will be getting the product or replacement back. Second time I run into this issue at 2 different Best Buy’s.

Haven't had to use this service but I'm glad it's there in case I need it.
