Great set of software with features perfect for security

This is a total waste of money, Spent 339 for three years of service and they want me to spend an additional 199 or even 39.99??!! My laptop. Acer - Nitro 5 - 15.6" FHD 144Hz IPS Gaming Laptop - Intel 11th Gen i7 - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti - 16GB DDR4 - 512GB SSD as purchased last march, today its having a hard time just trying to turn on, I've Done multiple scans no viruses. when do get it to turn on I reached out to Geek squad for support, and they wanted me to either spend another 199.99 for TOTAL SUPPORT or 39.00 for this one issue even though to me this is a hardware issue. which the listing even says. "If there's a failure from normal wear and tear, we'll repair it. This could be a problem with an internal part or speaker, or how the product was manufactured. It could also be caused by dust, internal heat or humidity. If your battery won't hold a charge, we'll replace it. Get a one-time replacement for your original rechargeable battery if it fails to hold a charge. If your hard drive stops working, we'll repair it. We'll cover the cost of repair if your hard drive fails through normal use. Does not include Data Recovery." did geek squad try to assist no they just went right out to software issue and GIVE US MORE MONEY. -15 out of 10 would not recommend.

I love geek squad they are very helpful and very usefull

I was asked to get an insurance to cover my item in case an accident happens to it. Nothing else I know what else they can do. Do They suppose to help set up a laptop? Or desk top ifever I bought a desk top? If that is so, they get so much money without anything to do with the items being insured .

They helped me through any issues I had with my laptop.
