Haven't used it yet , but I know the 2 year plan was more than double the 1 year price.

We have been VERY DISAPPOINTED with this service and will never purchase it again. My son has a computer that we got the 3-year protection plan on. My son was having issues with the computer; so he called to set up an appointment with Geek Squad. The Geek Squad told him that his problem was not their problem; as they said that it sounded like a software issue, and he would be charged a diagnostic fee for them to look at it. My son called a competitor and was told to bring it in for a diagnostic look for half the price. They diagnosed the issue to be a hardware issue; so after paying a diagnostic fee, my son had to bring the computer back to Geek Squad to get fixed. Maybe they should have looked at it in the first place without charging a fee to see if it was their problem or not?
