Best protection plans in the market best buy always aim to keep their costumers happy

I just prefer to buy the insurance protection elsewhere.

Rating a 3 star bcz we havent had to use it yet, but the protection is there when we do.

Have used 1 time and staff is not real savy I had to figure things out on my own not worth the money.

A bit pricey, but so was the laptop. Hard to invest this much without some long term protection.

I called geek squad for help on my warranty for msi laptop with a bad fan they said they were all booked up and couldn't make an appointment so i said how do we do this he said he had to transfer me so i can get someone to send me a box to send laptop to manufacturer i said ok 5 hours later know one answers the phone i was on hold the whole time with no help i am completely dissatisfied as a customer.

Never ever sign up for Geek squad. Took a "protected" computer to be serviced due to a power surge which was clearly covered. Waited a day to have a service apt, which didn't fix the problem. the next day returned for another fix on the same computer and were charged close to 100$ for repairs. the fee was charged due to being too beat down after 5 hours waiting to fight at the time. The next day a call was made to request a refund and the tech over the phone transfered me over and over and started making discusting noises on the line while on hold. I'm now asking for a full refund on the geek squad....horrible service!!!!!!

Feels like a waste of money, grandchildren can troubleshoot. Never used geek sqad

Agent was very helpful but couldn't help me with something that was probably very simple. I was going to have to pay $180 for a total protection plan. Well what exactly does the protection plan that came with my laptop cover?? Very disappointed

It took 2. 5 months for them to determine my device couldnt be fixed. Sent it in the middle of August and didn't hear much until early November. I was initially quoted 3 weeks due to covid. Only get this if you can afford to wait.

Horrible information. I spent over an hour in store with someone asking about all the coverages. I spent over 1000 on a laptop, got the all the Microsoft coverage and then purchased this plan. I was told I was getting the plan that covered everything to include up to ten additional items if I needed to use geek squads for that. Well I made an appt with geek squad today went in and was told that is not the plan I have. I spent a lot of money for people who are supposed to know there job to tell me the incorrect information and sell me the wrong coverage. So I can’t speak for if they can actually fix anything. As of for customer service with employees being knowledgeable and giving correct information beat buy needs to do A LOT better.

decent but overpriced, wouldn't recommend it. Better to go with creditcard warranty

I returned this so im not sure if I tried using it, I dont remember to be honest.

It's hard to say anything good or bad about this since I haven't used my geek squad protection

Haven't had to use it yet! I have a peace of mind since I have it if I need to use it.
