I need to come in to use the Geek Squad service but my warranty has expired.

For a young teen so wantes to be certain if any issues they would be handled

Bought this not knowing what to expect with the computer... have not had to use it yet, thus why I rate it a three... haven't used it yet.

Laptop is poorly made, split in two! This is my second laptop from this company that has done this

Never used it bought it with something else and when I returned I never used it

Not sure why the sales associate felt I really needed this add-on when I already had the Total Tech Service Agreement in place but I was in a hurry and paid extra for this. Sometimes your Best Buy is to take your time and consider just purchasing on-line so you have some time to think before pulling the "gotcha" trigger.

Its a bit pricy for something you my or may not use.

The protevtion plan works fine. N/a I havent needed to use my plan yet.

I hate that you really can't trust the products that you buy. So, you feel like you're forced to buy it

1 year accidental coverage for Microsoft laptop, The charging cable stripped and was replaced. but was replaced with a third party charger, not an original Microsoft laptop charger. does not stay in the port keep falling out. and it already broke. not sure if best buy will replace since warranty is up. have not been able to go to best buy due to Covid 19

When I made my purchase, it showed delivery to be 5/20/24. It is now 7:25 PM on 5/21/24 and I still do not have my laptop, yet, my geek squad service was activated a day ago. This shorts my plan for one day. While it may not be a big deal, 1) I'm not getting what I paid for 2) if I have an issue the day after my plan expires it seems I shouldn't be penalized since I have yet to receive my laptop. (Can be confirmed with tracking through UPS)

I have not used this service so far. Hope I do not have to use it. Took is for protection.

I’ve used geek squad a few times with my laptops and they have completely satisfied my needs.

Ease of mind from past Best Buy purchases. I know I can bring back with no questions asked.

I had issues with my computer from the day of purchase and continue to have the same issues today. I received no help from the Geek Squad. All they would do is offer to send my laptop to the manufacturer (HP) for repair.

Have not utilize Geek Squad services so I cannot give a good or bad review

I keep getting the runaround and transferred from one person to the next. I am told that the 3 year accidental geek squad protection plan does not cover accidental damage. What a crock. $300. Accidental plan that does not cover accidental damage???????

Make sure that if you plan on getting coverage you get the one that covers EVERYTHING.

This was on our bill & we didnt even know we were purchasing until we arrived home
