2 year accident geek squad protection for Microsoft Surface Book 3.

The agents mounted my tv with easy nom nom nom nom nom

Expensive for what you get. Have not had to use yet

Doesn't really do its job they tend to break something when fixing my stuff

Having free service tied to a purchase is a nice benefit.

There is a cost limit for repairs... so if you reach the cost limit before the warranty expires (1-year, 2-year, etc) then you forfeit the rest of the warranty period. In other words, if they sell you a piece of junk and it has to be repaired or replaced, the cost if doing that supersedes the time left on your warranty.

So far, so good. Hoping I won't have to use this anytime soon.

I always purchase a pro plan to have my items replace incase they brake

Gives peace of mind that ones laptop is protected.

Too pricy compared to many other services. They will give you a refurbished device once you turn yours in, eventhough normally you would expect a new device for the money you are paying.

The Geek Squad has changed how they repair and/replace the items purchased. They repaired one of my items then gave me a price after repair. They didn’t give me an option. This is not correct.
