    Insurance is worthless. They don't actually fix anything. I sent in my laptop. They told me that they had to change a part so that's why it was taking them 2 weeks. I got it back and it was the same. They also didn't fix the exterior which is covered and I asked them to do it so who y'all playing? Don't get the insurance. Don't get an HP. Don't shop at BestBuy. I've always had problems with their insurance. THought it would be different for how expensive it is.

    If your laptoo needs repair it wilk take about 2 weeks. And if it needs replacement they credit cost of device but not the extra insurance. You have to pay again on the new device for the insurance.

    When I purchased this item I was told the protection for this item would be for TWO YEARS. Never was it mentioned that if you actually have to use the protection that it would then no longer be available after one use.

    Very unhappy with this service. I can't say it's never useful--I once had a laptop that was able to be replaced after a roommate spilled all over it and fried it. However, with this current protection on my [problematic] laptop, I have found it to be useless. My laptop was overheating and they charged me $80 because they had to ship it out to be fixed. Sure I didn't pay for the parts, but the whole point is to have this protection to save money. On top of that, they did nothing for the crappy wireless card.

    This Bluetooth mouse is good, but for the extra money I paid the battery life should last longer.

    I bought this computer in 2017 the Dell Inspiron 8 GB bought a double two year warranty that’s four years I’ve only had this computer for two years and it is no longer working it’s broken and I took her to the geek squad for them to look at it because I had it under warranty and they told me that they could not fix it which is irritating because I bought it from Best Buy personally had a checked out at the geek squad when we was paid for in 2017 they refused to fix my computer because I only had one warranty when I paid for teal it’s on my Best Buy account it shows that I bought two warranties for the same computer. I really would like for someone to try to fix my computer because I had to warn Tb Summer for four years so I would like to have a refund for the second warranty

    My plan was purchased with the BestBuy credit card and they automatically renewed the following year although I purchased a two year plan. This was donewithout my knowledge. I objected and asked for the the renewal to be canceled and they did not do so automatically. And the action resulted in interest and past due charges on the card. I called the follow month when I saw the charges and Bestbuy prorated the charge and refused to refund the total charge.
