    Told me my lap top was junk and offered a refund. Have only had computer since Jan. No help! No communication! No computer! Why sell this if it’s garbage and your going to trash it! Screen turned black! No one told me anything! I had to drive to the actual store to find out they trashed my daughters computer! Garbage service!

    Peace of mind is so expensive! I hope to never have to use it. But if I ever do, I hope the experience is what I expect it to be.

    The protection plans are a must on expensive products, but they’re definitely not what they used to be. Especially when they stopped offering the renewal option for protection plans.

    I bought this so the laptop I bought would be covered if something happened to it. Only after a year of having it the charging port went bad, and they told me it would take 1.5 weeks to fix it because they have to send it off. How can you be a computer repair company and not fix things on site?

    When I call to cancel the Geek Squad program because of a very bad service, thay told me $55 was the apportionment and then they sent $5. Incredible! Never will be a client for Best Buy

    I purchased this plan "just in case" there were issues I would be covered. Since then I have had to purchase additional plans and other support help because I have had so many issues with the system we purchased. This plan was a waste of money since it does not seem to cover any of the issues we have had.

    For what they do it’s not worth it in my opinion but it’s always good to have good overall layers If protection and insurance

    Worthless. Continual computer problems and miscommunication between employees. Wanted to charge to back up files before rebooting operating system, yet employee I talked to said that they would do it no problem. Trying to make money and do as little for the customer as possible.

    two tech repairmen came. one was very strange and and neither one fixed the problem but thought they did. Manager was nice and tried hard to get it fixed from a distance, but alas still stuck with issue. And with COVID 19 had no service that i could depend on. Computer broken from feb-july. and still on blink!

    They did not want to check my computer because according to them they could not do anything, I lost my warranty and my computer keeps crashing and is broken.

    pointless rip-off, if they can't fix it, and trust me they will say they can't, they will charge you to replace your computer. You are paying them to charge you more. Get the extended warranty from the manufacture, they fix and return.

    I purchased the insurance with my Lenovo Chromebook and while the charger wouldn’t charge the tech suggested I purchase another... it should work with the charger or be remedied but I’m just at a loss in the purchase and the insurance...

    They want to make an "appointment" for two weeks away and that is just to drop it off - no telling how long it would take to actually fix it. My LAST purchase from this company - EVER.
