This is so not worth it. I had to take my computer in because I keep getting an error message. I was told that it was a software issue and my over priced geek squad protection does not cover software issues.

Horrible service. They can’t service a laptop in store. Told me I would be without the laptop while it’s shipped off for 10-12 weeks. That’s not an option for my school laptop. Horrible machine and horrible service

While waiting at the help desk, the technician accidentally broke the product I was needing help with.

Pretty much useless and highway robbery at its finest. Do better, Best Buy!

When I needed the protection I was charged $149 so this was not a good purchase at all. They did not do what they said that they would do so the service is not good.

I know that some of these things are supposed to be easy. But some of us aren’t knowledgeable enough to assume that I know what to do. If you sent me an email on instructions, then where is it?

My computer was messed up and I had to get store credit and they did not refund me for the plan and I didn’t even have the computer for a whole year

Not worth it if they keep on trying to fix something they know is going to be mess up in a few days weeks or in a month. Yet they don't tell you about it and want to wait for the warranty to expire so that you have to paid out of pocket to fix what they knew was not fix.

Can’t get help immediately. Must schedule an appt. I returned my laptop and the protection plan.

Not very helpful. Feel like it's an add on to make more sales. Geek squad itself was not helpful

Biggest waste of money. Have to jump through so many hoops to get your computer looked at. I would have extended the manufacturers warranty if I knew how bad their's was.

Geek squad in college station are the worse. Very unprofessional and mean. It’s a waste of money to invest for their service unless you go to a location in nearby cities don’t purchase their service. There’s always waiting time even though you schedule an appointment!

Have it, bought it, never used it. Probably could have used it. just never did. Just didnt.

The service doesn't cover hardware so it is essentially worthless.

Came in to get assistance with downloading trend security since I wasn't able to get the service I paid for. Cold shoulder I received. I was told I have people here who has an appointment. Shouldn't be a full star. Zero for rudeness.

I think if you pay a pretty penny for a device it will last. And you should not get or need insurance unless you are in a hazardous surrounding. To say the least...get Fitbit it suits your conscious otherwise we upgrade our devices so much these days why should it matter seriously

What they don't tell you is tgat if you bought your purchase a year ago and it needs replacement they only give you credit at the rate you paid for it. Not to actually replace it. So now a computer that cost me $200 is now $320. Sucks and not what i thought it would be.
