Too expensive, not enough value. Price should be lower

Took over a month to receive my laptop, and the camera still does not work. I have spoken on the phone for hours with agents all of whom do not know what they are doing and give me completely different and unhelpful answers.

I was lied to about what was included with Geek Squad because they told me that it wouldn't cost me anything to install remote start but they're trying to charge me for remote start

Complete garbage. They marked a laptop as dropped that wasn't in order to get out of their warranty. "The opinion of the tech"... Give me a break. Will never purchase another one!

I’m trying to get a refund because I can’t even use this geek squad they always send me back to support department for customer service.

could be a good plan but what I needed and switched to was the Best Buy Plus so the techs could just transfer my data from old machine.

I contacted several times, they were very rude, not understanding and definitely will never invest in the Geek Squad again.

I would rather not be up sold and told I didn't know what I was talking about. I still would recommend them because some of them give good advice. Also reviewing a human is bizarre. He was just doing his job.

My daughter computer broke down 2 days after warranty and I was told there’s nothing they can do

They do not cancel this plan after canceling your order. They put you on hold forever and make it impossible for a refund.

Geek Squad will not repair the strips on the back of my HP Envy because they say they are cosmetic!!! They are not cosmetic. They keep the computer from sliding around. I WANT IT REPAIRED.

Worthless protection. Ended up on phone for 4 hours and each dept transferring me without any resolution. Will never buy anything from Best Buy again! Poor quality products that they don't stand by.

I havent got to try any of this from the geek squad.

We were not impressed with this coverage / it did not cover an issue with our PC that we had to send to the manufacturer to fix.

Each time I try to use the warranty, which costs. $159.00, the agents are more interested in selling me an additional warranty instead of trying to discover my concern.

Quality of service is high IF you do not need it quickly over the phone.

My kid has an accident with his device 2 weeks from the purchase and yes he got a new device but we lost the complete 3 years of insurance who cost half of the price of his device.
