This service is only available in store so be prepared to bring your device into BestBuy and then wait for an available technician. I gave up on waiting after over 30 minutes and flagged a regular employee for help. I ended up returning the device I initially purchased in favor of a different device that better suited my needs. The Best Buy salesperson was quite helpful and knowledgeable whereas I don’t know how Geek Squad service may rate because I waited half an hour and then gave up on using their service.

Never had any issue they fixed and replace tv and laptops. Nice to have instead of mailing it like other places have u do.

Good protection plan for accidental damage. It gives peace of mind knowing support is available if something goes wrong. Easy to understand and useful for protecting electronics. Definitely worth having.

I'm a little clumsy so it was a must that I got warranty. I have a grandson that loves anything that has buttons.

I have found the laptop to be fast and responsive, but one should expect that out of this generation of Ryzen 7 processor. I have always been impressed by Lenovo products. They may not have all of the bells and whistles as other brands, but they are dependable workhorses, a nd in the end, that is truly what I want from a laptop. I will give a demerit to the Geek Squad though. I purchased an open box item that was supposed to be restored to factory settings. It was not restored with a network adapter driver which makes setting Windows 11 up difficult. Fortunately, I am a geek and had a usb-c to RJ45 connecter adaptor. On the plus side though, it did not have all of the bloat ware.

Its nice to know that in the event something unfortunate happens im protected.

Very good laptop for daily use. Fast performance, bright display and smooth multitasking. Battery life is decent and build quality feels solid. Happy with the purchase!
