I love the laptop. It pays everything super fast and loads quick. The power supply is pretty big. It makes noise but what laptop that has power doesn't make that kind of noise expects to have the fans blown pretty quick if you have a high-end laptop.. a lot of people complain about the sound but if that bothers him, they should just get a desktop. This is for the people who love portability.

I wouldn’t recommend this protection plan based on my experience. I purchased it expecting peace of mind, but when I actually needed to use it, I was told my items weren’t covered or that the repair wasn’t worth it. I had both a TV with a cracked screen and a laptop with accidental damage, and in both cases I was basically advised to replace the items instead of having them fixed. That defeats the purpose of paying extra for protection. It may work in some situations, but for accidental damage claims, it didn’t deliver for me. I’d suggest carefully reviewing what’s actually covered before purchasing.

This a really good anti virus software. But honestly it took longer to install it.

I have spinal nerve issues which make me unintentionally drop things daily. I buy my electronics at Best Buy expressly for this reason. I have bought tablets, phones, laptops, televisions, gaming systems and much more from Best Buy because of how professional they treat me no matter how many times I break my products without meaning to. I have lived in many states and no matter where I bought a product or break it; I have only had a couple of employees laugh or be rude to me. The odds of that happening are very rare. I have 35+ retail management experience, so I know that from experience. Just knowing that I can take my accidents to them, and be treated well, PLUS get my electronics fixed quickly on top of it, is a win! Just when you think that's all, they surprise you by actually backing up their repair work/parts too! You can't go wrong with the peace of mind Geek Squad plans give you in making expensive electronic purchases. Just remember to be patient with them and smile when you need service. They don't get treated very well by the public. Your smile and patience may be the only time they see it that day. :)
