I just want to say that I absolutely love this laptop. I was skeptical at first, because I’ve never heard of the brand. I decided to buy it after spending hours on researching & reading review’s of multiple laptop models. I’m glad I took a chance on this one. It has so many extra great features. I feel I got a wonderful deal for all that it offers. It runs fast, it’s a decent size, nice & sturdy. The gray looks kind of dull in the pics, but in person, it’s actually nice. Back lit keyboard, and beautiful, clear display. So far a great buy. I recommend.

Ive owned this laptop for around 4 years and its been a solid workhorse the entire time. It handles AAA games up to 2022 releases on medium settings no problem, and later titles as well if you crank the fan speed. Its given me no significant issues and is a fantastic bargain for the price. The fan noise is a little loud if you're playing higher end releases but that means the system is getting cooled so it's a necessary compromise for such a compact package.

Well it may not be the flagship Book3, it's Perfect for school and pretty much any normal use. The best thing is the screen share or split. If you all ready have a Galaxy Tab 7 or higher. Then get this laptop or any or the Galaxy Book3. No matter where you are, you have a real office that you can setup at. There is so many great use for this Laptop and Tablet tag team duo. Just think your setting help your kids with home. Instead of looking over your shoulder they can just see exactly what you are doing with screen share. It's awesome and Samsung makes it so easy to use, that ever I got it working in less then 5 minutes. Just Awesome. Worth the money.

I love this laptop. The I have had no issues with software compatibility and the battery life and screen are highlights for me. I have owned several Microsoft Surface devices and this beats them all. My only problem is the finish color and material. I have never had a device that showed so many fingerprints. I wish I could find a good wrap or vinyl cover but I would need to even cover the track pad. Prepare to constantly wipe it off.

Tbd I haven't needed them yet, but I honestly have No faith in anything Best Buy Customer service related at this point. I can't give a 5 nor 1 star yet but will update if I'm able one I have more to share.

Excellent laptop. We've bought dozens of Chromebooks in the past year and this has been a crowd favorite, especially from previous Windows users.

This computer has been awesome. I have had it for 4.5 years at this point and it runs super fast. Plays pretty much any game I want with mid settings. After I updated the ram to 64 GB it runs on max settings with zero issues. It can get pretty hot so make sure the ports are clear. Additionally it should be opened up and cleaned at least once a year. Only issue is you need a giant bag to carry it around.

I love Lenovo, it just needs more memory at an affordable price. Theres a large price hike for between the 16GB and the 32GB of RAM. Other than that, the product is rop tier! Touch screen is chef’s kiss

So far loving my New HP 14" Laptop , this time went for 14" screen instead of 15" screen. This 14" Laptop is much lighter and fast on startup , Browser's are opening up, alot faster . My old HP Laptop only lasted 2 years 1/2 .. This time I only kept on old Laptop for WiFi for New HP Laptop ,didn't want issues from old Laptop to be on to New HP Laptop ...Like Chrome not responding or slow at startup, I only use it for online shopping , playing games , search ,and glad that Chrome is working alot better on New HP Laptop . Didn't installed the Internet Security that came with HP 14'' Laptop . I have Norton Security which I been with them for long time . Thought Internet Security that came with New Laptop might conflict with Norton Internet Security .

Let's hope I never need to use the Geek Squad, but it is a great stress relief to know if something goes wrong, I have the Geek Squad behind me

I work in electronics. Since 1980. I never used to get extended warranties, as I can almost always fix something myself, assuming it would even break. Dirty contacts and cold solder joints years ago, to replacing BGA system-on-a-chip today. But in the last 10 years or so, the mass production of low-power devices means that power surges, manufacturing imperfections, and even the occasional drop (!) makes it much more likely to need to repair something, and that takes time, parts, and setting-up the workstation for micro-repair. There are rarely enough hours in a week to get scheduled things done, much less unscheduled. The 3 times I've used Geek Squad in the last decade were easy, helpful, and just a big time saver. I seriously consider it now on most big-ticket (and even 'medium' ticket) purchases. The coverage is also usually superior to other coverages, such as credit card or other third-party service.

Just picked up my refurbished computer earlier today. I'm already happy with my purchase. I've been needing a new computer for school and I usually get confused when buying a computer but it was really easy to set up and everything works fast/great! Thanks, Joy Systems!

Good value at a great price and good piece of mind. You never know what will happen while using your computer.. Always get a warranty. for laptops make sure it includes the battery life.

I know I am old school, but companies should provide protection on their products without extra fees. Despite the cost, I find geek squad to be mostly professional and helpful.
