Love the service that gets done for my computer when I need it For all of the items I get actually. Have been getting it for each product I buy because of how well they take care of my tech.

My father loved his laptop, he would be on it for hrs surfing the internet. He would finally plug it in. It has a great battery life. This would be a great addition to someone that is looking for a laptop that’s not to expensive and still can do everything the expensive laptop can do.

I have not needed any help but it is great to know it is available.

I love geek squad protection! I have used it on three items already and it has saved my hide from having to purchase the expensive item again! The first item I used it on was a surround sound system where the subwoofer was going out. They replaced the subwoofer at no cost. The second item was on a samsung watch that lost complete power because I accidently walked into an MRI room with it on. And I also used it to replace an expensive set of sony headphones because one of the earmuffs broke.

I purchased an HP laptop with windows 10S. I did the conversion back to 10 getting rid of 10S. Somehow within a day the laptop reverted back to 10S, and I was totally unable to get out of 10S (BTW Windows 10S is terribly user unfriendly). Within 14 day return period, I took it back to BestBuy. Couldn't help me that day but set up appointment for following day. Took it in to instore Geek Squad, and they removed windows completely, then reinstalled windows and set it to windows 10, stating that it would not come back to 10S and it has been a month and still working fine with windows 10. Took an hour in store.

I've had this for about a month, and overall it's been a good upgrade from my previous laptop. The only downsides I've experienced thus far is that it is VERY heavy (surprisingly so), and the battery life isn't as good as I was hoping for as I feel it drains pretty quickly. It's also not a touchscreen, if anyone else was looking for that and missed that in the item description! But it looks and runs well

Computer is fast and responsive, I would recommend this as a budget laptop, the only flaw is that when I try and press the "L" key it either takes to clicks to work, or when you press it once it does 2 L's instead of just one, other than that I recommendthis

Good laptop except the Media Tek Wi-Fi adapter that is installed does not have good range and drops the Wi-Fi connection frequently. I am debating on whether to return this laptop. If you stay close to your router it seems to work. If you get further away and your signal strength is 1 or 2 bars then you have trouble. I have a 7 year old Dell that I can sit next to this one and it picks up the wifi strong, but this laptop will struggle. Best Buy has 2 versions of this laptop: this one is the 7435 with the AMD processor; and the other version is the 7430 with the Intel Processor. The 7430 looks to have an Intel Wi-Fi adapter. I would probably go with that one as I have a very similar Dell for work with an Intel adapter and I do not have Wi-Fi issues (it also had and AMD Processor which is why I choose the 7435). I have purchased 4 Dell laptops for work (all similar specs, all from Best Buy) over the last 2 years and have always been happy. This time I was buying for my personal use and am very disappointed. Murphy’s law I guess - very frustrating.

I bought a 2 year protection plan when I bought a Dell Inspiron last December. I recently had a problem start where Windows update didn't complete, an error message comes up, and Windows never starts. I took the computer to Best Buy and they said that Windows needs to be reinstalled, but the protection plan doesn't cover software problems. There is a separate protection plan to cover software issues, which costs more than the Geek Squad protection plan. This distinction was never clear when I bought the computer and protection plan. Explore your options before buying.

My order was easy to send online and the delivery was fast and on time. Best Buy has always been my first choice for computers and laptops. I am looking forward to using my new computer. I appreciate the help and support of Joy Systems.

The joysystems dell laptop purchased through best buy arrived fast and has no physical defects. I was well packaged. I do wish there was mention on the description that the fingerprint reader and the camera were not compatible with windows 11 hello sign in features. Seems to be a very expensive computer for these functions not to work.

Make sure you know which option you are buying. Geek Squad Protection is not the same as Geek Squad Replacement. The protection plan really isn't worth it. Usually laptops and camera equipment only get protection and not replacement. Protection will only give out a replacement in the unlikely event you have the same issues numerous times.

Extremely fast PC. I am not normally a fan of HP anything, but this PC is very well built, except for one issue. The way the venting system is set up, it seems as though it overheats easily. My CPU fan seems to kick into overdrive without very much going on. It seems as though they could have built a more powerful cooling system for as much power as they pack into the CPU and GPU. I am working to rectify that as I just purchased a cooling pad. Hopefully that helps. The air intake being on the very bottom of the laptop doesn't help of course.
