This service is very useful for all the products that I have purchased from Best Buy. Whenever I had a problem with any of my stuff they fixed it. I just had the schedule an appointment show up and they'd handle it.

Faked out this time. Continue as a guest only to be forced to create an account prior to completing the order? It remains no surreprise to me why Amazon ia burying all of the brick and mortars. I tried to buy a cd of Turbo tax from best buy. Even the download reqired a log in. I have had this discussion with intuit more than once. I found a cd version. Keep pushing your customers to Amazon. Purchase process was simple. Joy Systems packaged the product in was that was so protected there was no way for the laptop to break during transit. Laptop arrived 1 day prior to what Best Buy's website said.

I only get Geek Squad protection on purchases over $1000 generally, and this was DEFINITELY worth the purchase. I have used the Geek Squad multiple times to get my device fixed, and there has been absolutely no friction or any problem in getting the device fixed.

I love everything about my refurbished laptop! Thank you Best Buy and Joysystems for refurbishing it. The price the graphics and the speed all are excellent!

this laptop is really cool. Downside is its 1080p. It took some adjusting for me to get used to the less sharper visuals. Asides that, this laptop is amazingly fast. i was skeptical about rtx 4050 but it blows the 3050 away. HP could have done better with the chassis.

Pretty impressive. It does run hot with the factory paste job, but is easily remidied with some fujipily extreme pads and some conductonaught I'm. I was hitting low 90s in some games with the fans on manual max. After the repaste, with kryonaut at first, I was mid 80s. I then did LM and I'm hitting max 70 after several hours of Baldurs Gate 3 maxed out, which isn't very fine tuned yet.

The services through the website are very convenient and faster. You can compare prices with other websites. I'm very satisfied.

this is an amzing laptop in almost every way but it gets really really hot. Plaing games like that arent very demanding like WoW and Starcraft 2 im getting temps up to 82c on the cpu and in demanding games it can up to almost 90c on the cpu. The gpu stays cool compared to the cpu. The gpu on demanding games like arma 3 or tarkov get get up to 75c. other than the thermal issues on the cpu i love it!!!!

You all are reporting bugs and OS issues. Here is why its not worth $1100: 1. Theres cheaper laptops with higher wattage GPU’s (better performance) 2.the thermal is “ok” even for a laptop. 3. The value is not good, you can get 32gb ram 1 TB storage for an exact same specs laptop (g6 kf model) for $1000 for 20% better performance.

Great laptop for gaming but the only thing is the better is absolutely garbage. Also gets a little hot so u should buy a cooling fan that the laptop sits on. Other than that’s it’s a great laptop.

Great equipment, fast, looks great. Lenovo makes good stuff, this is my 2nd chromebook and there both great. the chromebook plus are even better. I'll never go back to windows again.

My laptop had a broken corner and they were able to repair it fairly quickly l. No hassle just had to make an appointment.

I am very good at breaking the laptops I get within the warrenty. Because of my bad luck I always buy the warranty. Geek squad is very easy to work with and so far, I have never had any problems getting a replacement or fix when one was required. Plus unlike many other warranties, this one covers screen damage and anything else that might happen to it.

This is the one. I am into photography and video at amateur level and this laptop has a very nice display, higher than 4k and OLED, what else you need! It does not get overly hot as mentioned in some review. To me it's just what I needed it.

They did a perfect job on my I IPhone. My lens was cracked and I took it there.

Easily got my money back for laptop that stopped working a while back.

Glad I had this! I never used them but definitely feels better knowing you have someone that will take care of you tech.
