    Too expensive. No option for non accidental covera

    If only they provided an option only for mechanical defects. I dont need accidental care included in their warranty. Price is also way too much for a 3 year warranty on laptops.

    I took my laptop that cost almost $2,000 in for repair due to water damage and they sent my laptop off for repair. It was returned a week and a half later unrepaired. They said the damage was too excessive and would not fix or replace it EVEN THOUGH I PAID $300 FOR 3 YEAR ACCIDENT PROTECTION

    Protection plan - No use

    Before purchasing the a new laptop I just wanted to write a review. This plan is if no use. The wifi was not working on the laptop and I asked Best Buy to fix through this plan. They said it is a software issue and the plan does not cover the software issue. But, it turned out to be a hardware issue and my laptop is using the external network adapter.

    Disappointed with cost

    I bought the accidental damage coverage when I bought my Samsung s22 ultra back in 10/28/2022. I had to use it today for a cracked screen and it still cost me 199 dollars. What's the purpose of this coverage if this is only slightly cheaper then taking it to a 3rd party.

    This is a terrible laptop had it for 1 month and then the battery died. Of course internal battery to. Guess what im 4 days outside my return period and best buy refuses to exchange the laptop for a not broken one im never ordering from bestbuy again. Geeksquad also is usless and wont help

    Worst customer service ever... I waited in a long pick up line for an hour. The manager wasn't friendly and he didn't wanted to helped. He asked me to cancel my because they couldn't find the laptop in store.

    I don't feel like this really added any value to my purchase. At the time it seems like the sales people were really pressuring me and they made it unclear what exactly the service was good for. Later I had questions and they were unhelpful.

    DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER it runs super slow and takes about thirty minutes just to boot up the search engine you're better off buying one of the more expensive computers which sucks if you're on a budget

    I wish I can give this product a 0 star, I'm furious I only had it for about a year and it started to break around the screen area, the plastic is so flimsy. don't buy this product it's a waste of money

    Do not waste your time, I don't know what is worse, HP or the Geek Squad, I bought this unit Geek squad certified figuring a tech had fixed the problem of why it was returned, I have to laugh, The fan sounded like a small motor boat, Exchanged for another and this time the fan runs even in screen saver mode.

    Horrible service. Was told about the warranty and what it covered but then one year later call them for service. They was told its not covered but was told by the sells person it would be covered by our best buy warranty.

    Not worth it unless you can wait a month or more for you device to be returned and there would still be a charge on top of that I was told. You won't have to pay for a brand new device, but you might as well for the amount of time you'll have to wait to get your gear back and if it's critical work gear, you don't have that kind of time.

    I don’t have this laptop. I bought a Lenovo laptop about three years ago because of the low price. In the 33 years I have owned computers, my Lenovo is the worst computer I have owned. If you wonder why their prices are so low, you can be sure it’s because they cut corners with components.
