This protection is good stuff for a gray price definitely worth it.

Great Chromebook! It meets all the needs for my high schooler and she is able to work at a fast pace.

I have not used this service for the new Chromebook, but I also have the same plan for my 2-year old laptop. Geek Squad replaced cracked screen last year and a bad power port on the laptop this year under the plan.

Just had my first issue with my HP Pavilion. The G button was sticking. Scheduled an appointment for today, went in, employee was prompt, took laptop in back, came back and said he cleaned underneath, there was actually a nail under the button.

I have had every question I have asked answered promptly and professionally. When my new dog chewed a part of my cord that I wasn't able to get in your store the agent I spoke to told me exactly where to get it and what to ask for. Well worth the money in my opinion!

I love using Geek Squad, I worked at BBY for a while and even after I left, I ALWAYS get the geek squad and accidental coverage.

This computer i bought is great. I had issues with it after accidently dropping it. They resolved my issue here in Duluth Minnesota USA and i have an awesome and amazing product as if nothing ever happened!!

I didn't actually need to use this but I wish I could because I kneeled on my computer and now I can't use my geek squad thing.

We purchased this accidental protection on an item and actually had to use it! Our item was replaced with a better one because the item we had trouble with is no longer available.

Geek Squad protection is always a must with my purchases. Never know when something could happen. Service is always professional, prompt, and thorough. Highly recommend! And, the Total Tech Support is wonderful!

You never know when life throws you curve balls, It's always great to protect your investments. I haven't had to use my geek squad yet but its nice to know I have coverage.

Good understanding of. Product and evaluation of system

I had to replace my laptop 6 months after purchase. However, once my laptop was replaced, Best Buy canceled my 3 year plan, So, instead of honoring the remaining 2 1/2 years by applying it to the new replacement, if I still wanted coverage, I would have to now purchase the Totaltech plan. So, this means that if I get coverage for the new laptop, then in a 6 month span, I will have now basically purchased TWO plans for ONE laptop. This makes the Geek Squad plan worthless and costly, since the manufacturer's warranty would've covered the cost WITHOUT any additional coverage. Hopefully Best Best can make some adjustments to their replacement policy.

My service was great I dealt with a young lady I cannot remember her name I wish I could and her supervisor geek squad manager they did a great job they help me when I was very upset and was able to D escalate the situation I am thankful for them

I brought my son an expensive and wanted to get his computer protected since it is for college and this plan seems well worth the money as it provides up to 1400 if his computer is broken and I paid 1900 so that is a great deal to have some of the cost replaced if I need it,

I haven't needed the warranty yet (fortunately!) but it is a nice security backup for my often times clumsy self. Good insurance as getting a laptop worked on these days usually costs more than you would believe. Think costly car repairs on your BMW!

Glad to have it just in case you never know when something can get damaged. If it does or doesn’t better to be prepared than to not get it something happens and your stuck with it. Have an blessed rest of the day in the Lord Jesus Christ name.
