I originally ordered this laptop online and it came broken so I took it to the store and they fixed it for me!

I was fortunate enough to not have to use this but it sure was a great peace of mind to have it in case something did happen.

I decided to protect my device with GS. So far I have not need them, butI like to have a plan B for my laptop.

They really do everything to help with the problem you have. Im so glad I decided to put protection on my pc.

I purchased the 3-year warranty on a laptop. The display started doing some odd things. Since it didn’t do it for them they said they weren’t sure what it was. Apparently if I had paid for their membership they would have run diagnostics for free. If there turns out to be an issue with the display or the graphics card, they do not fix it in house. They would have to ship it off and it could take weeks to get back. I should have purchased the manufacturers extended warranty instead.

2 incidents so far and its wonderful to have the security of this protection and geek squad knowledge.

Covers everything so im at ease knowing that i can get it serviced if neccesary
