Needed another laptop ASAP. I've always had an HP laptop so this was just the right one and size. Perfect little laptop for personal use.

Purchased just in case I ever need help. Geek squad has been a big help in the past.

I didn't need to use their service, but it nice to know they will be there to help.

when I buy anything from Best Buy always get the protection plan because Best Buy always backs up their products

The geek squad protection plan has always been a great way to protect myself against life. Laptops are to expensive to not have protection.

Got this for my daughters laptop for college and we haven't had to use it yet. Worked great for my son's laptop he is using in college.

The warranty is always worth it!! My daughter had an accident with my last chrome book and I am so happy that I purchased the warranty.

Hopefully I won't have to use this but I'm glad I got this warranty, you never know what's going to happen.
