In the long run you will save money if your product has to be replaced if you spill something on it or accidentally, drop your purchased items and break it. You can have your merchandise replaced without paying anything. My 1-Year Protection Plan has definitely saved me money in the long run. Think twice before, walking out the store without FIRST purchasing your 1-Year Protection Plan. Take it from me its worth having.

Great insurance just in case our product need fixing

This was a must when purchasing a new laptop to be used for school work, saves a lot of worry.

Like any type of insurance, you only get your money's worth if your product actually breaks and you need to use it. In my case, my laptop did break and they fixed everything for free. Had I not had the service plan, it would have probably been too expensive to bother fixing at all. Very glad I had it.

Knowing that my device is covered for accidental damage gives me total peace of mind, especially since accidents can happen when you least expect it. No-brainer.

I had no problem returning my son's laptop for repair after spilling something in it. The problems came after when I was supposed to come in for replacement since they couldn't repair his and they gave me a gift card instead of just giving me another laptop. I'm still not happy at all. I had to use part of my gift card for a new printer or laptop for myself just to put with his gift card to replace his computer. I bought his on Black Friday so yes of course there's no laptops close to the same price. Well definitely think twice next time I'm buying a laptop or anything such. I couldn't even afford the extended warranty coverage this time. I'm very disappointed with best buy.

I have always purchased geek squad protection with all my best buy purchases, it has come in very handy with tricky situations that i otherwise would not be able to handle.

Each and every one of the Geek Squad that I spoke with and asked questions were knowledgeable, professional and patient. No matter how many times I asked a question for clarification they provided me with answers that I could understand along with numerous suggestions. I will never go anywhere else to purchase any technology! Keep up the tremendous work!!

Geek squad was super helpful in replacement of my charger. Process was super quick and smooth.

Buying this saved me soo much money. My kid has managed to not only completely break one laptop but damaged the second one I got her after I replaced the first one she broke. When they told me they couldn’t fix her laptop I received a very large amount (the original purchase price of the laptop) on a gift card so I could afford to purchase a new one. I will never buy anything ever again for her without buying this protection too. Total life saver!!

Worth the money, they are always helpful when I have questions. Also, the accident forgiveness and all possible solutions they offer is worth the money. It is 100% a good idea to get protection on items because you never know when something is going to break or crap out.
