I've had this laptop for almost 2 years now, and I must say I am surprised how well it's still performing. its still cool and no heating issues. It also runs games pretty smoothly. 10/10 must get.

The geek squad is the best to Go When purchasing all your Devices

I got this for the Nintendo Switch that I got for my daughter. Considering the preponderance of cracked screens on all her electronic devices, I was happy to pay for the added protection as it is not a matter of "if" but a matter of "when" she breaks yet another of her devices. That said, we have not had to use this service (yet) but my past experience with Best Buy leads me to believe that I should not have any issues when I inevitably need to service the Switch.

Its always a good idea to get the protection, try to think about how youre using the product and the environment it will be in. For my mose costly electronice i always have them plugged into a ups that has automatic voltage regulation. I would like to see a better assessment of coverage options. Most just go by cost of the product, but if they really stood by quality of the items being brought in , that would provide a better scheme for coverage options.

I love the comfort of knowing if something happened to our laptops theyre ready to help quickly resolve our problems. Same wsy with the tvs.

Love the reassurance of having this on all that I have. Works and feels like a breathe of fresh air when you have little children and pets

I had a computer that went out and they gave me a gift card for the value. Sometim s geek squad can't do much which can be frustrating and they say things aren't covered or I have to pay for them just to ship it after I paid for the service.

I have always purchased the warranty service plan with the Geek Squad anytime I buy anything electronic or washer, dryer, stove, freezer, refrigerator, computer and they have never let me down. They answer all my questions, fix what needs to be fixed and they are fast at getting the job done. Would not hesitate purchasing when necessary.

I was given valuable advice from the guys at Geek Squad prior to my decision to make a purchase of an HP Laptop. They are knowledgeable and answered all my questions, no matter how complicated or simple they were.

I bought this protecting for my new laptop. What I can say is if you’re an individual who is very safe and cautious with your new technology, this would be unnecessary for you. Also, the company that you buy the laptop from would already give you a year warranty with your purchase of the device. On the other hand, if you tend to accidentally break things or are clumsy in some way, or have bad luck, this would be a great protection for you to have. Also, if your devices tend to break on their own or if anything happens to the screen, you’re covered.

The warranty replacement programs so far have worked greatbfor me.

When I purchased my laptop computer from Best Buy I had alot of questions and Mr. Kyle was a very helpful and knowledged based employee who helped with with my purchase and answered all of my questions for the accidental Geek Squad Protection, I would highly recommend Best Buy in Wilson, NC and the protection plan it has been well worth it. Thank you again Best Buy! You guys are the best.

This protection plan really helped me feel like I was fully set for any situation my device goes through instead of feeling that panic when I realize my laptop is a little too close to that ledge of the table.

When I told them I didn't need the membership because my company has IT and it's a company computer, they didn't seem to want to take no for an answer. They kept sending new people to talk to me about why the membership will save me money in the long run, so I agreed to it. I don't need it and wish I didn't agree to give them $200 for the membership. Then I just needed them to install the newest Windows update, they didn't tell me that would cost me another $100 and it took them 4 or so days to install a Windows update.

Awful experience. Was told by an agent that I would get a price match. Agent disconnected after I paid full price prior to the refund. Contacted BB after, told again the price match would be done. Someone later emailed me from bb saying that they would not price match after all. Order was never shipped and yet to get a refund.

I mean - as long as the Geeks stay on top of your service requests especially when they have to send your device out to the manufacturer, THIS.IS. AWESOME. If you buy any tech from BB, especially high-value ones, just do it. You will not regret it. Stay on top of the Geeks - they're human so you will get mixed results when you have a service request. But the value of not having to repurchase an expensive device because you or someone else made a mistake, is priceless.

I buy all my electronics from Best Buy and always add the Geek Squad services. They are well worth it and have paid for themselves, over products that I have purchased in the past.

Its always a great buy, my screen got busted and best buy geek squad took care of it and in only 6 days my laptop was as good as new, love this accidental plan warranty, you guys are the best!!!

I need help keeping my new iPhone in perfect & usable condition. The GEEK Squad has given me fantastic service on my laptops and I know they will help with any problems I may have with new iPhone. They think outside the box and have been able to fix multiple problems with my laptop. I am comfortable with paying so much for the iPhone knowing that they will help me keep it in perfect condition.

It is very important that u get all the protection u can buy unfortunately that is were electronics is now a days.
