Have not yet had to use the services for the laptop i bought

Its money well spent. I have had the need for GeekSquad to bail me out more time than I can count.

Always purchase extended warranty. If you ever need it , it pays for itself. Great Geek Squad.

I cracked my laptop screen and used the geek squad service. The service is excellent. However the service does have a cap price. Once the cap price is reached and the repair is made you will no longer have insurance.

I don't buy computers or tech gear anywhere else because of this protection plan. I do think it's expensive and overpriced. I have used it for repairs and have met with varying success on them actually fixing my stuff. I've had laptops sent out & replaced. My dslr camera was shot and after 3 repair visits, still doesn't work. They do give up a bit too easily on fixing some stuff which is annoying. I'd almost prefer they just replace stuff now but that gets complicated with computers. I do think a service plan is a must for new tech with kids around but I wouldn't say this is the best plan out there, they fail at getting stuff fixed sometimes. Be prepared to hold your ground & wait a lot. Pay attn to when it expires. I tend to get 2-3 yr plans if I can afford it, 1 yr just doesn't cut it.

Haven’t had to utilize on this product but have had to use the Geek Squad with other products in the past, which proved to be very valuable to me as a consumer.

I am so happy I bought the extended insurance on my last laptop because I dropped a full glass of juice on it. Because of the insurance, they replaced my new laptop. Whew!

Costly but worth the extra $$$s for protection plan. My kids has destroyed 3 laptops so this is no brainer for me.

no reason not to get this if you are buying a laptop, accidents happen. good service and chances are you have a local best buy, better than an online service that you might have to send your computer out

The agents attached my TV to a brick wall with no problem and had it connected and ready quickly. The guys were very professional.

This is nice to have and gives me a sense of added security and protection on my purchases

I would highly recommend their protection plans! They are very prompt and helpful at making any repairs or suggestions as to what you need to do to better your equipment.

The warranty was a good to have in case you needed it. We ended up not using the warrant but it was good to know we had it. Always good to have a back up warranty.

Learned a long time ago to invest in warranties from Best Buy when paying over a certain amount for electronic items. Has come in handy so often.

I have used the services Geek Squad has to offer on several occasions. No matter what predicament I find myself and my computer in, they have always successfully helped me out. I am so grateful for our geeks.

This is great to have just in case something happens to your laptop computer TV or whatever you have they're great

This geek squad protection is awesome I just take my laptop in and they fix it it’s priceless and great to have if you don’t know much about computers
