I am so glad we have purchased this, over and over again. In fact, we have gotten bitten now TWICE by not buying the extension when our original expired. For things like laptops it's a must!

I bought the extended plan in order to be sure I'm covered with my laptop. I'd hate to have something happen to it and not be covered.

Geek squad transferred all my information to my new computer. No extra charges and they made sure I was comfortable before I left the store.

The protection plan works well for high end laptops and electronics that receive physical damages. I got my laptop fixed in about 2 weeks so the process is a bit slow but it’s worth it.
