I don't think there's a product that I have purchased not also purchased the Best Buy warranty. The Geek Squad reps (W Lebanon, NH) have always taken care of any issues that I have had.

Although the quality of items purchased at Best Buy are awesome, I would always get the Geek Squad on my side. Way less stress.

Happy that Best Buy offers extended protection for my technology so don't have to be worried about kids using it.

We bought this feature when we bought the new chrome book that the kids needed for virtual school work just to be on the safe side.

Invested in the 2 year plan. Was a bit expensive but for some piece of mind, why not. All stored in best buy and was told receipt was not necessary

WARNING!! I bought the computer for a family member who lives out of state and purchased the Geek Squad Protection for it for 3 years. Computer broke, and they went to take it in - only the original purchaser can take it in to get it repaired. I went through 6 phone calls, she went through an hour trip before we finally had to "switch" the ownership of the protection plan to her. The Best Buy customer service told us one thing, while Geek Squad told us something completely different. Before you buy - be aware of this pain of an issue
