Computer purchased for my son at college, it more than gets the job done. Have not used Geek Squad or tech support.

I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for having the Geek Squad Protection , when my computer needed fixing it really cuts the cost & they know what they're doing.

The 3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection is good to have on your device. I had to use it one time and I did not have any problem.

I purchased this to have protection just in case. It's about a year and l haven't had a reason to utilize but it's to know that l am covered in the event that something does go wrong.

Always was told to get protection on all electronics use for the house.
