What a relief knowing that if anything happens to my computer, Best Buy has my l back. Good value for what you potentially get with this service.

As with any insurance deal, hopefully we will never have to exercise the policy, but is available if we do.

Had to use the 1 yr protection twice in the first couple months of buying the Lenovo laptop. Damage was documented as “dropped” but it was not. I was sitting in the room as the laptop was closed after use and cracked. Now the 1 yr protection is exceeded, even if the same issue occurs rather than charge the manufacturer for a defective item. Technicians were always polite. Service messages were timely.

Thankfully I haven't had to use this coverage, but I feel very secure in having it. I'm thankful Best Buy offers this level of security with their products.

The protection plan is tops. No money out of pocket to fix my broken HP ENVY. NO questions asked about damage, No reciept. No problem. Everything covered. I am so glad i bought the protection plan.

I got the geek squad protection for a chrome book for my not so responsible 12 year old this gives me peace of mind that if anything happens to it we can have it repaired

This protection is good to have and they do assist when needed just hope you have a store that the customer service is good. At my store it seemed like with dealing with geek squad they are rushy and your wasting their time!

So thankful to get GS assistance around the clock. I don't need to worry about any type of problem that may arise. Now I can just call in to get assistance from a qualified GS member. PROBLEM FIXED!!

Geek Squad helped me speed up my laptop after I purchased a new router. My older laptop was slow after the install. It previously worked fine. I havent had any complaints about the geek squad service.

Overall happy. But will have to see once I need to use this product.

I have used them numerous times and the package was a great deal for the issues I have had to come into the store to have fixed. When my hard drive was partitioned by mistake was the only time they did not help as much as I would have liked.

No questions asked coverage, even if device damage was caused by you in an accidental fashion (e.g. dropping device). Friendly & helpful too!

Have not had to use the protection yet. It is a decent price and easy to set up.
