I never worry about my purchases. The squad is always and ready to help. Thought I would have to throw out my computer, but they fixed it and I'm very happy.

Not much to say about this. Cool to have a year of protection from Geek Squad on my laptop. So far nothing has come up but it's nice to know we have it.

Geek Squad is all ways there to help you and the guys are all ways professionals and nice people.!

If you get something that's as expensive as the surface with the possibility that you could drop it, something inside could go wrong or the battery could fail you want a warranty for protection.

Why not take advantage of the discount on a great service/product. You know you will have your "electronic gadget" for longer than a year.

Agent transferred data from my old laptop and checked all programs and have been very helpful whenever we had an appointment.

Although I've never used this support on the product I purchased yet, I've used Geek Squad for support on many other items and it's well worth to have this support.

I’m so happy I bought the protection because you never know what might happen and I’m in college and I travel a lot with it so I’m glad I got the protection!

Always get the geek squad protection. I learned the hard way not getting my laptop with it from the beginning. Costly .Costly .

My own experience with Geek Squad, they are always stand by their promise of protection plan!!! And high-quality service!!!

Ive had a great experience with best buy warranty in the past, 2 years on a very expensive high end product is usually a no brainer

wish i would of gotten the 2 year contract. It fixed my computer every time my child knocked it off the table...or it got dropped.

Agents checked my device promptly and were professional with their communication and service.

I have not needed to use Geek Squad services with my current laptop, but I have received excellent value in the past by getting a free replacement of a laptop that died in just a few months.

Peace of mind is what you are our heading with this product. I hope I don't need to use it in the upcoming year! Reasonably priced.

I bought geek squad protection, but thankfully did not get to use it. I have peace of mind thinking that if anything happens, I have geek squad to take care of it.

If it's something you don't expect to replace within 2 years, e.g. computer, I would say it's worth it. Gives you the comfort of mind.

Hopping for the best. It gives me a little comfort.
