My hard drive crashed on March 27th, I called for service and was told a box would arrive in a couple days. It didn’t so I called back after being on hold and having a rep call me back I was told the same thing a box would be sent out. Guess what no box showed up so I called this pst a Wednesday April 8th. I spent 4-5 hrs trying to get through to someone my call was answered twice but they picked the phone up and hung it up(Very Professional) . Each time I had to start the process over hence the 4-5hrs wasted of my day. The rep assured me I would have a box at my door in 24-72hrs that would be by the end of the day today is 72hrs guess what no box. I need this laptop so I can work from home and not take the risk of contracting Covid 19. We are three weeks in and I can’t even get a box sent to my house to return a item that I purchased the warranty on. So now I need to escalate this to whoever is next in the chain because nothing is being done with my case # 251350862.

I bought this to be safe than sorry. I like the fact of no questions asked when I have to exchange something for whatever reason.

you can never go wrong when getting the extra care on a laptop if you take it on the go

I have not had to use the protection yet and hope I don't need it. But I have had to talk to them and they were very good and helpful
