    Purchased 3 year Geek Squad Plan with accident protection on 2/25/2019 with an online purchase in store pick up of a laptop. The computer was dropped once by my son which was a bottom case only replacement and a hard drive replacement. That was one repair. The other repair was a replacement of failed hard drive. Then was sent an email the plan was cancelled by Best Buy as the use of the plan exceeded the benefit amount. 6 months left on the plan!! At the time of purchase, the terms and conditions said if the entire computer needed replaced the plan would end. It never said after 2 repairs, much less 2 times of a hard drive! I was never provided a written copy of the terms and conditions being that it was an online purchase, but I had read it all prior to purchase! I trusted Best Buy when obviously I should not have!! Now, magically, no one can provide a copy of the terms and conditions and when trying to access it online for the date I purchased, it just won't open! I truly think this is a bait and switch sales tactic! If it's honest, where is the terms and conditions to back up their claim? Is this even legal?

    This is the second item that I've paid over $200 for a 3 year warranty purchased from Best Buy. The first was a TV, they kept it 40 days, returned it saying it was fixed. 2 weeks later I threw it in the dumpster. Now I have a laptop that they say will be 30 - 60 days. I took this to an independent repair shop. The motherboard is fried. Called Best Buy again, still getting the 30+ day run around. This is a laptop I use daily for business. DO NOT pay for the warranty, it's crap. I purchased my daughter's laptop from Office Depot. She broke the screen. Took it in and they said, yep, the screen is busted go get another on. I'll never purchase anything from Best Buy again.
