Would purchase warranty everytime as it has been a life saver.

We buy a geek squad plan on most products we purchase from best buy. Have not always needed to use it but so grateful to know the option is there. When I have needed to call geek squad for help on a product I am always happy with the assistance I receive.

I purchased this for my new laptop and let's hope I do not need to use it. Simple to sign up for and after reading how to file a claim that also seems pretty easy.

I got 3 years of protection on my computer in case of accidents and have been please the with the accommodations for my devices by geek squad. They have always been most helpful and provide great service.

The Agents replaced my laptop screen. The Laptop did need to be sent out for the replacement. They did this in a timely manner. Thank you for you Great Work.

Need a zero star. So this protection will not cover issues related to inaccessible BIOS. I have a 3month old faulty ASUS laptop that would only display the logo on power up and this plan does not cover that. Geek squad claims its a software issue and requires $100 to diagnose the issue and potentially another $250 payment to fix whatever they find. Buy this plan at your own risk!

I accidentally damaged my laptop's screen, after repair was not an option, i received store credit for the value of my laptop to get it replaced, A+ service

I've called them on a number of occasions to help with my desktop as well as my laptop. They are always so helpful and it's is great that you can get the help without having to take your hardware into the store
