First time purchasing laptop thank you for helping me setup and guidance you have given me

Great use for a high school teen Has durability to it as well. My kid loves leaving it in random places. Uses for high school, games, and movies. No complaints

The store employee at the Aiea location had explained everything out, perfectly clear! He had explained to me about the product I was purchasing and that I should add a 1 year warranty on it; just in case anything happens to my laptop

I buy Best Buy geek squad, accidental damage protection plans for almost all of my electronics. They have come in handy quite a few times, and the customer service is always top-notch.

Have not used service yet, the person at the store said just bring it in if I have any problems.

Excellent service, quick turn around time, will certainly get it again on my next product.

It is a must have, it covers a lot of issues and you don't have to ship it to them.

Bought a 1year subscription for a laptop that I purchased for my 18 y/o son! Thank goodness! Screen was cracked his first semester away at college. Service provided took about a month but everything was included. Well worth the amount I spent on the protection plan!

Definitely came in handy with fixing my computer after it was taken out by viruses. The agents did a great job with addressing my concerns and helping to restore my information each time I came in. Absolutely would recommend this service!

It's $50 but worth it! You never know what can happen in two years and that is exactly how long I will be really needing my Chromebook for while I'm in college. I saw this same Chromebook on Amazon and it had a two year protection plan for $100. This one saves money and you can actually talk to a person if you ever come into some protection issues. Protect yourself out here digitally y'all!

Have a geek maintenance for my I pad and thank goodness I have not had to use it but I have had them in the past and were very welcoming

This was gift was for my husband, he was really surprised.

I havent needed to use this product yet but the peace of mind knowing that I have it is irreplaceable.

The geek squad handled every problem I ran into with a previous laptop and when it was clear it was time to get a new one, they offered advice on the perfect one for me. I would highly recommend getting this for any device.
