I very frequently purchase protection plans. I find the Geek Squad to be very helpful in resolving issues if they arise.

Agent at North Fayette Pittsburgh was not knowledgeable at all. Took my laptop andcsent to service center when laptop was still under manufacturer warranty. Now they want to charge for the service. Have bern trying to contact Geek Squad manager for over a month. Left voicemail, 2 messages, and an email. Still no response.

I love the comfort in knowing that if something went wrong with my product I have a warranty behind me to help rectify the issue.

You can't go wrong with protection plans on anything these days, its better to be safe than sorry.

I've experienced a screen going out on my previous laptop. Good thing I had insurance protection. It didn't cost me a thing to fix. I would never go without insurance protection on my laptop.
