Hey the Geek squad protection is really good. I got three years for $75 and it broke twice. Usually when I fix these issues it costs $100.

I brought my laptop many times for repair and every time they did a great job.

Was only able to use it once..but was fast and was able to get laptop fixed..

The agents sent out my laptop to be fixed, but as it was going to be more expensive to repair than was worth it, I was refunded for my laptop instead.

They fixed the issue with the port from my laptop.

This works perfect for office use. I enjoy using it for everyday online as well.

I haven't had to use this service yet, but the coverage seems well worth the cost. I invested a lot of money into buying a new computer. The last computer I bought (from s different store) was only a couple hundred dollars, but I hated it and it broke shortly after purchasing it. I felt a lot more confident making my computer purchase this time knowing accident coverage for 3 years would cost less than half the cost of the computer itself. I definitely value the sense of security.

Geek squad stands by their warranty. Only thing i dont agree with os 5 days after purchase. The system broke and had to replace the whole system and i had to buy a new warranty for 80$. I feel the 2 year warranty should have transferred to new system. Or should have only had to pay the 5 days prorated to bring it back to 2 years.

The agents fix my Apple Watch and they are so patient and efficient.
