They fixed my laptop even though it took long I still didn’t care because it was getting fixed and they also fixed the parts that I didn’t ask to be fixed

I got this for the Nintendo Switch that I got for my daughter. Considering the preponderance of cracked screens on all her electronic devices, I was happy to pay for the added protection as it is not a matter of "if" but a matter of "when" she breaks yet another of her devices. That said, we have not had to use this service (yet) but my past experience with Best Buy leads me to believe that I should not have any issues when I inevitably need to service the Switch.

Its always a good idea to get the protection, try to think about how youre using the product and the environment it will be in. For my mose costly electronice i always have them plugged into a ups that has automatic voltage regulation. I would like to see a better assessment of coverage options. Most just go by cost of the product, but if they really stood by quality of the items being brought in , that would provide a better scheme for coverage options.

Havent had to use this yet, but i purchased it to buy for my new computer investment. I bought it based off of the benefits that was offered.

Was able to replace my laptop charger after it stopped working. Although they were unable to replace the part themselves, they were able to refund the cost of a replacement ordered through a third-party.

Worth every penny! If you buy a chromebook this is more than worth it. So far the little chromebook has not faired well even with only desk use but this warranty came in clutch for both repairs that needed to happen.

I had an accident with the laptop yoga7i where the screen became detached and this guys managed to fix the laptop i thought i was going to see ever again. What would have been worse to lose a lot of money. Thank best buy and geeksquad

When I purchased my laptop computer from Best Buy I had alot of questions and Mr. Kyle was a very helpful and knowledged based employee who helped with with my purchase and answered all of my questions for the accidental Geek Squad Protection, I would highly recommend Best Buy in Wilson, NC and the protection plan it has been well worth it. I have always trusted Geek Squad Accidental Protection Plans. While the hope is that I don't need them, I am glad that they are there for when I do.
