The only time I've ever had to use this service has resulted in a wonderful experience. Geek Squad made it super easy to get my laptop repaired. The manufacturer was so hard to deal with, so I called Geek Squad and they took the burden off of my shoulders and made things right, and the associates I spoke with were patient and were able to provide me with all the information I needed.

Allowed me to get replacement laptop when it died literally 1 month after manufacturer warranty expired.

When you buy a $1,500 computer, you really gotta get an extended warranty. Things happen. Accidents happen, whether the laptop gets dropped, or water (or crumbs) spill on it. A video card can go out, a key can get stuck. I like that I just bring it into the store and it will be serviced. I don't how fast Geek Squad is, but I like that there's somewhere I can physically take it, if I need to.

Buying a Chromebook for a middle-school child is a must and the protection was a no brainer - already made use of it when she dropped it down our staircase and the touch-screen sensitivity was gone. Brought the Chromebook in for repair, took a little longer than anticipated but she did a decent number on the item. Got it back in perfect shape, like new. Well worth the extra cash up front.

I know I have posted these Best Buy protection plans reviews on here several times, so I won't keep saying the same thing. Bottom line, the easiest and hassle free protection plan in my opinion there is that we have used. I would recommend to anyone that doesn't have the money to go out and replace anything at anytime over say $150 of electronics or appliance's. Bottom line.

I have not needed to use this in several years but when I did it was worth the cost upfront. They were able to fix my television with no cost to me. Everything but the outside case was replaced with new parts at no cost to me. Every time I have had to ask them questions they have resolved my issues/concerns in one go.

Great service and they had a great way to manage a way to help me or provide me with more than enough solutions to make me feel happy and relieved about my situation.

Best warranty to purchase, most stuff i do add the warranty

Amazing Computer, Powerful , lightweight. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a Chromebook, specially if the end in mind a gift for kids, has a good budget a this is overall a really nice, functional Chromebook to have.

Love these Chromebooks. Bought them for my grandchildren and they love it. I even use them. I love that it's a Intel Core M3 processor. A great buy, will purchase again. Highly satisfied!

My son had his computer knocked out of his hands at school. The computer screen and case were cracked. The geek squad had it sent to be repaired and it came back good as new quickly.

I purchased this 1 yr warranty for a new laptop I bought my 10 yr old daughter. Exactly almost 1 year later the screen is cracked and I just made it in time with the warranty. I send it out and they are fixing now. I might get a free replacement if they are unable to fix it. For this reason I always get some sort of warranty on products usually over $500.

Love the geek squad. Have not had to use the accidental /damage protection, but get it anyway just in case. Better safe than sorry, as for the regular stuff that geek squad deals with I call and they can usually fix. I strongly recommend especially if purchasing a very expensive computer/laptop.

Most of the time I am on the road working. I am degreed in electronic technology. In the old days I use to fix my computer and call it a day. Know that I am away from home most of the time, I don't have the time to troubleshoot a family member's PC if it stops working. Geek squad has more than paid for itself by fixing a start up issue with my son's computer. Thanks Geek Squad!

I needed some help with my screen dying and they fixed the issue

They’re Great! The Greek Squad installed my virus protection on my laptop. It was very difficult and they took control of my computer and got the job done!

Replaced less than 3-year old Surface with Lenovo Yoga as the screen was flickering and became strenuous to work. As the warranty ran out on the old, we bought 3-year protection from Geek Squad. I am sure this will be worth it whether or not we need it. In the past, we used the service on iPad key board and Best Buy Geeks made it quite easy to replace the broken ones with new every time.
