We haven’t had to use geek squad for this device but I’m confident they would take care of use all the same.

Purchased this along with my son's new laptop. He is very responsible, but life happens. I have found that protecting equipment for 3 years is very helpful for my children and myself. Saved thousands over the years.

When I told them I didn't need the membership because my company has IT and it's a company computer, they didn't seem to want to take no for an answer. They kept sending new people to talk to me about why the membership will save me money in the long run, so I agreed to it. I don't need it and wish I didn't agree to give them $200 for the membership. Then I just needed them to install the newest Windows update, they didn't tell me that would cost me another $100 and it took them 4 or so days to install a Windows update.

Great insurance for any product which is sold for. Very easy to swap out product and definitely worth purchasing.

Agent explained with detail, and spoke clearly and understandably. He also answered all of my questions and let us know how we could follow up with the location if I had any other questions or concerns.

I’ve gotten his protection on several computers in the past and it’s always been well worth the money over a period of time you’re going to have an issue and it’s nice to have it already covered by Best Buy.

Haven’t had to use this service yet. But happy to know if we have any issues we know of job to call.

Always add the Geek Squad protection, well worth the extra dollar.

i got i dent in my laptop due to dropping accidentally and geek squad helped fix it. They even found an issue with hinge.

I guess it was okay because I never used it I wasn't covering up to figure out how to use the slim tree from pad

I used to never add protection to my expensive purchases, but now with almost every purchase over a certain amount I add it. Including the geek squad protection. I used this so much. And saved huge

Replaced a few things .easy no hassle and almost always in store same day.

Geek Squad protection is fantastic, always have great support from geek squad and get my products repaired or replaced through them. They always work with you and I’m a clumsy person always breaking tech.

They helped me when my lenovo laptop was having issues and they were really nice!

Nice to know I have a little extra warranty, sure hope I don't have to use it tho
