My son loves geek squad! They are wonderful to work with! They are always there for you when you need them.

Geek squad is always a great service for anything you buy with Best Buy. If you get it on a device for $200 or less you basically can just exchange the faulty/damaged item and get a new one or credit. A little too high of a price in my opinion though for computers or other higher priced devices. $260 for 3 years is a little steep.

I recommend getting the warranty I paid for one and my daughter fell on ice and damaged the computer beyond repair and I was able to get another with the warranty

Geek squad is important for any device, their service is great and it's a no hassle way to keep your devices working properly

I always get this service on my electronics. It is gives me good peace of mind that I can get a replacement if it breaks. The replacement will often be a refurbished device, so the battery life can sometimes leave something to be desired. That said the devices are always in great shape and look and run like new. Ill take an old battery in a new computer over a cracked screen any day of the week, so this is well worth it.

They helped me a lot. I had everything put in and it was easy to use. They showed me how to do Shortcuts so it helped out a lot. Thanks for recommend you guys to anybody.

I added this Geek Squad service for my daughter's laptop computer. I think it is the best choice to have it protected.

Never buy a big ticket item without this plan. Best to have it and not need it as they say.

the laptop usually runs hot around 80 degrees when not gaming.. but when in gaming.. it's still hovering around 80. the memory ram is not upgradable (soldered) i wish there was more usb-a slots.(only 2) no ethernet adapter performance: pretty good for a laptop. the sound is great! OLED HDR screen! i'm happy with my purchase.

I never thought the computer I bought for a summer class would start giving me problems less then 2 months into using it. Granted it was a new product so it was bound to have some problems. Having Geek Squad production plan helped me to get nearly $1700 back to me in a form of BestBuy gift card. I was able to use that money and buy accessories for my camera I had just purchased a little before my computer for the fall semester. I worked out for me because I was about to struggle through the last 4 weeks of class and then got to get my money back and spend it on stuff I needed for school right after. I felt like Geek Squad really helped me save a lot of money with their 2 year protection plan.

Its worth it but also not worth it. If ur sure nothings going to happen to your computer than its worth it such as not drinks and such near it. And it sits its 1 place and u dont carry it around or rought it up not worth it but its worth it when somthing goes wrong so its hard to say for sure if its worth it. But its truly only worth it if somthing does go wrong. Its like a expensive gamble lol. Im going to be using them to fix somthing w On my laptop i judt bought here soon so ill update this review once that happens.
