The Geek Squad Guys are Awesome. They can fix everything!!! These guys are knowledgeable, patient and communicate with you a level you can understand. I have used them numerous times and each time the service was superb. You can asked them anything and they will respond to your needs of fixing your problem (s). Best Protection you can purchase for 2 years. If you have a computer you will be happy you have the protection for it. Get it and use it!!! Recommend it.

Funny how you wish you don't have to use this, and usually don't need it, but when you do? Suddenly it's a great value. Anyway. Glad I bought it, but I hope I don't need it.

Like any type of insurance, you only get your money's worth if your product actually breaks and you need to use it. In my case, my laptop did break and they fixed everything for free. Had I not had the service plan, it would have probably been too expensive to bother fixing at all. Very glad I had it.

Love having protection just in case there are any damages that are beyond my control & also puts me at ease with possible repair costs!!

I wasn't very tech savvy at the time of purchase. I went in for help with the Geek squad because I couldn't figure out why the keyboard and mouse wouldn't work lol. It was a quick fix by just putting the batteries in (I felt so dumb lol)... anywho, Thanks so much Geek Squad!

I am so glad I chose this laptop. Not only because it is portable, its speed is incredible. I use it for school and I do a lot of downloads and heavy assignments.

Geek Squad has taken care of me Beyond what I have expected this year. I just think that I'm so very much for going far beyond. They are an excellent team and they were very very hard at customer excellence.

What’s not to love about the Geek Squad protection??? I get all of my electronics, TV’s, laptops, monitors, etc., all from Best Buy because of this. They really look out for their customers. And there is no receipt to hold on to and pray it does not fade out before the warranty is up. Add in the option of mounting TV’s, just another plus! Thank you Best Buy!

This Laptop was purchased due to COVID-19 home school program. The Geek Squad received the laptop in store, diagnosed the physical issue, created a work order, and explained how the repair would be handled out side of the store due to COVID. Received text messages through out the product repairs and return process. A simple pick up was scheduled and affirmation of continued warranty was affirmed and we we out the door and back to Learning. #monkihausstudioshdx (TM)
